Refund policy

Before returning any item, please email us at orders@quiltingbookspatternsandnotions.com

No refunds on returned products without prior authorization.

Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions, books and patterns cannot be returned. Please make your selections carefully.

It is your responsibility to ensure the address is correct when ordering.  If address is not correct,  we will not know and will send the package out to the address supplied by the buyer.  If address is in correct the buyer clearly will not get the package so ensure the correct mailing address is used.

If you are not satisfied with any other goods supplied, you may return them within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If an item is returned for exchange, additional shipping will be charged on the new item being sent.

If goods are damaged or faulty when received, please contact us. At that time, a choice will be made to either reship or issue a refund for the item. The exception to this is if the package is damaged and you the buyer have signed up to UPS tracking and have declined insurance coverage.  If we ship with UPS and the package is damaged and you declined insurance we can not re-ship the item for free as our insurance we pay on the package was declined.  Sadly UPS sneaks this into user agreements.  The place to complain will be UPS for intentionally misleading you to decline insurance.
