What a wonderful toddler quilt! Center a design in the hexie and cut it out with the tool. Then add rounds to frame each image and let the fun begin! That’s right. The Creative Grids Hexie Trim Tool not only cuts Hexagons, it also has all of the markings needed to create log cabin hexies.
Tip: Eliminate the math by cutting the strips using the center line on any of the Creative Grids 3-1/2 inch wide rectangles. This white line is at the 1-3/4 inch mark, the width of the strips needed for this tool.
