This is a pattern to make the Ipad case!! This Ipad case fits the Ipad Air and the standard size Ipad. It is very roomy, so even if you have a protective cover on your ipad it will still slip smoothly into this case.
Finished Size:
11” x 9”
Fabric Requirements:
*One fat quarter for outer fabric (1/3 yard for directional fabric)
*1/3 yard of fabric for lining and tab on zipper
*10” x 13” piece of medium weight interfacing or 1/3 yard
(I use Pellon 809)
*12” x 20” piece of foam interfacing, such as:
Annie’s Soft & Stable or Bosal (one side fusible is best)
*2 matching zippers, at least 14” long
*Optional: one 10” piece of medium rick rack or ribbon
This pattern has step by step directions with color photos. The foam interfacing provides a nice cushion of protection. This case has a second pocket in the front for a charging cord, earbuds, writing utensils, etc.
