Farmer's Daughters Quilts created Farmer's Song using Julie Letvin of Me & My Stitches' beautiful Life on Yale fabric collection for Robert Kaufman. The touch of purple in this collection was perfect, and as we added it to the design, we were reminded of our beloved Aunt Elaine. When it came to quilting, Aunt Elaine had a saying we'll never forget: Purple makes a quilt sing! So, with just the right pop of purple, the name came naturally — Farmer's Song. This pattern is a tribute to Aunt Elaine — her spirit, her joy, her love of quilting, and the way she made life feel like music. The finished size is 48.5 x 64.5. Showcased in the full-colored pattern are four beautiful layout variations.
