All it takes is a few red, white and blue fabric scraps and 1.5 yd of Moda Toweling which comes hemmed on both sides. Slap on your USA country applique pieces, machine applique them in place, hem the ends of the toweling, embroider a bit and you have a classic Farm House style table runner that will get better with each wash.
