This policy covers qbpn-claude, a Meta (Facebook) developer app owned by Minnesota Ecommerce 2 LLC, which operates Quilting Books Patterns and Notions (quiltingbookspatternsandnotions.com).
What the app does
qbpn-claude is an internal business tool. It is used only by Quilting Books Patterns and Notions to manage its own Meta ad account, product catalog and Facebook Page: creating and editing our own ads, product sets and campaigns, and reading our own ad performance reports. It is not offered to the public, and no one can log in to it with Facebook.
Information the app uses
- Our own advertising data: campaign settings, ad creative, budgets and performance reports (for example spend, clicks and purchases), which Meta reports in aggregate.
- Our own product catalog data: product names, prices, images, availability and links from our store.
The app does not collect personal information from Facebook or Instagram users, does not use Facebook Login, and does not read anyone's profile, friends, messages or contact details.
How the information is used and shared
We use this information only to run and improve our own advertising. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run our business, under confidentiality.

Data deletion
The app does not store personal data about Facebook or Instagram users. If you believe we hold information about you and want it deleted, email orders@quiltingbookspatternsandnotions.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will respond within 30 days.
