Rascal is Rowdys young cousin. He follows Rowdy into trouble every time. Those paint pots were just too enticing! They were doing so well decorating themselves to have the coolest feathers ever, until they were caught. While running for their lives, Rascal looked back. He saw how fast they were gaining on him. Hes squawking and so scared that his tail feathers are stiff with fright. Color him cool.�
His pattern includes two pattern sheets, one for advanced and one for a simplified version. You can do this pattern by hand applique or fusible web and embellish him with free motion machine quilting. As a wall hanging he measures approximately 18 x 23 inches.
