Cozy acquired this book in the summer of 2017, and we are pleased to add it to our growing collection. Have you ever asked yourself "What can I do with my stash of panels?" In "Panel Play," you'll find over two dozen full-color images of finished projects using panels, as well as step-by step instructions on techniques to use when turning a panel into a quilt top or table runner.
