Grandma's Fake Flower Garden Downloadable Pattern

This is a downloadable pattern. Downloads are sent immediately after purchase.

The original quilt I made from this design was included in the Summer 2025 issue of Quilter’s World! The hexie flowers in this pattern are designed to look like English Paper Piecing but without having to actually do English Paper Piecing… So, NO hand stitching! The rest of the quilt top can be made with Jelly Roll Strips.

I also have the requirements and cutting instructions for using yardage for the background if you prefer that.
The pattern was designed for using a hexagon craft punch (3” along the widest part of the hexagon/1-1/2” sides), but the pattern does include printable templates as well.

There are links to several tutorials on the pattern, including a tutorial for using the craft punch as well as a tutorial for using the printable templates. In addition to the fabrics, you will use 2 yards of sewable double sided interfacing. I like Heat N Bond Lite. Washable school glue sticks are helpful but not required.
